Information submitted
If you request a demo, Craftlane receives the business name, your name and email, an optional website, optional notes, consent, and basic security records needed to prevent abuse. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or confidential account credentials.
How it is used
Request information is used to respond about the requested Craftlane demo, prepare the service, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit record. It is not sold. A request does not enroll you in an unrelated mailing list.
Service providers
Cloudflare may process limited technical information to host the site, protect the form with Turnstile, enforce rate limits, and store the request. If you later proceed, Shopify handles checkout and payment-card information; Craftlane receives order, customer-contact, and payment-status information needed to deliver the service and does not receive or store your full card number through this website form.
Your choices
You may ask Craftlane to correct or delete request information subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations. Contact details will be added here before launch.
